HOW WE DO BUSINESS

Established in 1998, the ONE WORLD EXPRESS GROUP (OWE) started as a UK-based cross-border express carrier. The company evolved to a consolidator providing delivery services using multiple carriers to its clients. 2014 OWE decided to change its business model and focus on becoming a data-driven IT platform managing currently 10.000+ tariffs on behalf of its clients to all destination countries worldwide. To offer a complete shipping solution, OWE also provides – if required by its customers – collection, transport (air/sea/land), hub services such as fulfilment, pick-and-pack and sorting, custom clearance and returns management.

2016 OWE started to extend its integration library, integrating marketplaces like Amazon, Ebay and Lazada and various eCommerce platforms like Magento to allow its customers to manage orders from all their sales channels using a one-stop-solution – the IT platform of OWE. Currently, we are represented in the UK, the Americas, China, India, UAE (Dubai), South Africa and Germany. ONE WORLD EXPRESS EUROPE (office located in Leipzig/Germany, hub located in Raunheim near Frankfurt Airport/Germany) was founded end of 2016 in order to enter the European market and provide the OWE service portfolios to Continental European Clients.

One World Express operates on the premise of mutually beneficial partnerships which allow us to create new shipping solutions around the globe. We & our partners share the access to the global postal network and to national and international parcel, express and courier companies allowing One World Express to facilitate access to all different modes of B2C delivery for its customers.

One World Express utilizes a platform of transparency and existing contracts in order to optimize facilitation of last mile delivery. We use our own contracts and add contracts of our partner network and offer new customers & partner access to more than 10.000+ attractive tariffs. Therefore we manage increasing volumes every year which increases our purchasing power, resulting in even better tariffs. Our customers benefit from our below average service charges, while our partners capitalize on reduced costs derived through consolidated volumes and economies of scale at marginal cost.

In 2016, One World Express launched its own IT strategy starting to evolve into an eCommerce ecosystem in response to the lack of an established industry wide solution for the entirety of the cross borders eCommerce process, from  online purchase of an item to last mile for global mail and parcels. The ecosystem has a multifaceted value proposition generating value added services (VAS) for multiple beneficiaries. We connect to multiple marketplaces, eCommerce softeware platforms, payment gateways, customs & duty databases and even more carriers to provide a one-stop-solution for eMerchants and service providers such as carriers, fulfilment & logistic companies and IT solution providers.
