Express Inc. Ltd. Its Pick, Pack and Ship service is provided to its clients provided the terms and conditions attached herein are adhered to in the strictest sense of the law. The One World Express Inc. Ltd Web Site and services is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the One World Express Inc. Ltd Web Site and services constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices

YOU :- The client/Shipper/Owner of any goods products.
US :- One World Express Inc. Ltd. The distributor, transporter, transport delivery agent of your goods/products

One World Express Inc. Ltd, its third party agents will not accept any stolen, counterfeit, non-licensed copy righted products through any of its services whatsoever. We reserve the right to refuse, destroy any products which meet these criteria. One World Express Inc. Ltd does not own or claim to own any of the products shipped. One World Express Inc. Ltd complies with all Trading Standards of the United Kingdom and EU, including compliance of all product standards in terms of shipped goods. Please refer to Trading Standards United Kingdom and EU for full compliance regulations. You the Owner of the goods or products agree that you comply with all product standards including any that are not mentioned above to comply with any other international product standards association.

One World Express Inc. Ltd reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the One World Express Inc. Ltd Web Site is offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the One World Express Inc. Ltd Web Site and in relation to all services rendered to its clients and any third parties including you.

The One World Express Inc. Ltd Web Site may contain links to other Web Sites (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under the control of One World Express Inc. Ltd and One World Express Inc. Ltd is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. One World Express Inc. • Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.
• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services.
• Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular Communication Service.

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

One World Express Inc. Ltd has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, One World Express Inc. Ltd reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. One World Express Inc. Ltd reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.
One World Express Inc. Ltd reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in One World Express Inc. Ltd’s sole discretion. Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in
any Communication Service. One World Express Inc. Ltd does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, One World Express Inc. Ltd specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. The Managers, employees and hosts of One World Express Inc.
Ltd are not authorised spokespersons for your products and cannot be held liable for any query or legal action.

Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials

GOODS CLEARED BY OR CONSIGNED TO ONE WORLD EXPRESS INC. LTD. WHETHER OR NOT FOR USE, DISTRIBUTION, STORAGE OR OTHER WHERE OUR IMPORT DETAILS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE CLEARANCE, WE MAINTAIN; i) NO OWNERSHIP ii) NO PROPERTY RIGHTS iii) NO LEGAL CLAIM iv) NO LIABILITY. NO VAT, PART OR OTHER WILL BE RECLAIMABLE BY YOU OR US AT ANYTIME. ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO LOCAL AUTHORITIES ON YOUR BEHALF WILL BE DEBITED TO YOU, ANY FAILURE TO PAY WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION OF YOUR ACCOUNT AND ALL FUNDS DEDUCTED FROM YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT WHICH WILL REMAIN NON-REFUNDABLE THEREAFTER PERSUANT TO LEGAL ACTION IF REQUIRED.

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE One World Express Inc. Ltd WEB SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. One World Express Inc. Ltd AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE One World Express Inc. Ltd WEB SITE AT ANY TIME. ADVICE RECEIVED VIA THE One World Express Inc. Ltd WEB SITE OR LOGOS, GRAPHICS, WARNINGS, INSTRUCTIONS OR ANY OTHER ITEM/S DEPICTIED ON PACKAGING FOR ANY PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS, DISTRIBUTED PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND BY One World Express Inc. ALL WARRANTIES SHALL BE STRICTLY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE “SELLER” OF THE PRODUCTS AND OR SERVICES NOT WITHSTANDING ANY MANUFACTURER WARRANTY, LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER WHICH IS THE DIRECT RESPONSIBILITY OF THE “SELLER” OF THE GOODS.

Ltd AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY

SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES/COUNTIES/ISLANDS/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT WEB SITE, THE PURCHASED PRODUCTS, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND
EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE WEB SITE AND THE PRODUCT AND CONTACT THE SELLER OF THE PRODUCT/SERVICE YOU PURCHASED, One World Express Inc. Ltd WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY WHETHER APPLICABLE OR NON-APPLICABLE FOR ANY LOSS SUSTSTAINED AS A S RESULT OF ANY PURCHASE.

Ltd Web Site, the products its distributes or information provided to or gathered by One World Express Inc. Ltd with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above which are the “sellers” responsibility, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user “you” and One World Express Inc. Ltd with respect to the One World Express Inc. Ltd Web Site, its distributed products and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between all parties and One World Express Inc. Ltd with respect to the One World Express Inc. Ltd Web Site and products distributed. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions  as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the
express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents are drawn up in English.

The example companies, organisations, products, people and events depicted herein are fictitious. No association with any real company, organisation, product, person, or event is intended or should be inferred. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Ltd. is a registered Fulfilment warehouse provider under the Fulfilment House Due Diligence Scheme (FHDDS) registration number XVFH00000100395 and is required by law to keep a full recorded inventory of all material received into any of our fulfilment warehouses for presentation to Her Majesties Revenue and Customs (HMRC) without notice and without prejudice. One World Express Inc. Ltd. is
not the importer, owner or supplier of this material, One World Express Inc. Ltd. is not responsible for any duty, VAT or other financial payment to any authority, lender, bank, supplier, purchaser or third party under any circumstances whatsoever including HMRC and its representatives including bailiffs or other collection authority. The following required documents are legal requirements which must be provided to One World
Express Inc. Ltd. for any material received for storage and fulfilment;

Payment confirmation (if necessary)
Shipping waybill including Bill of lading if by Sea or Road transport
Registered EORI/VAT number for Non-Resident exporter to UK
Certificate of origin if required

Importer information;
VAT number
EORI number
Approval of clearance instruction (if imported by One World Express)

Importer documentation;
Invoice/s
Import Manifest/Packing
Shipping waybill including Bill of lading if by Sea or Road transport (if different to supplier documents)
Import customs entry of cleared goods (C88 or other)
Waiver or other exemption (if applicable)
Import licence copy for any licence goods
EORI and VAT registration certificates

No Material may be received into any One World Express Inc. Ltd. facility without a pre-advice notification providing at least the manifest which must include all relevant details.

Pursuant to section 92, unauthorised use of trade mark, &c. In relation to goods; infringement under Trade marks act 1994 (c.26) Offences, copyright law, One World Express Inc. Ltd. is not the owner/procurer of the products it imports/ships/holds/stores on behalf of its customers, it does not import/ship/hold/store any nonlicenced products in or at its premises knowingly or unknowingly. All shipments deemed so will be referred to the seller (you) or the appropriate authority. All claims must be sent to the Designated Agent/Seller or you. ALL INQUIRIES SENT TO ONE WORLD EXPRESS INC. LTD REGARDING THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE WILL RECEIVE NO RESPONSE. See the seller for any and all claims regarding any or all products and or infringements.

No part of this document can be altered, amended or changed in any way or form from its original as held by One World Express Inc. Ltd. Any alternations, amendments or changes may only be made with the express permission of the Managing Director in writing
